Ahhhh buying stuff for your first baby...nothing like that overwhelming yet exhilarating feeling. Add to that equation that your first baby is a girl and WHOA ...I have no words. My first baby is due end of this month and once I found out that I was having a little girl I have not been able to resist the urge to shop shop shop for her. However, I think I have done pretty well ( I think) considering that I love looking for bargains for all her cute stuff. The picture above is an taste of some of the accessories I have bought for me...uh...er I mean her. I got some cute hats at Target and at Janie and Jack on sale. Some great purchases including the nautical themed frame from Zulily and little bows and tights from Gymboree.
I have also discovered that I like shopping at the JBF consignment events that come to town twice a year. Its a great way to find brand new or just like brand new baby items for nearly nothing. I got the above 4 pairs of uber cute play pants for only $4.00.
